Facade Cladding Blackwood Marugame
An old industrial building in a surprising packaging. For our inspiration centre The HUB we placed Japanese black wood Marugame in front of the existing façade and the new carpentry. The durable accoya wood was first burnt and then reinforced with an epoxy coating. At the ground floor level bars with varying width and depths create a playful dynamism. In combination with the typical black colour that extra depth turns the façade into a real eye catcher.
