Stained Ceiling Larch Black
Woodstoxx was asked to take care of the ceiling of Golfclub De Kluizen Aalst. Architect Tom Lierman chose to work with larch: a very workable type of wood that mainly can be found in Central Europe. In order to obtain an optimal acoustic, a soundproof layer was put underneath the ceiling. The planks were treated with a black wood stain, thanks to which they perfectly fit the high contrast interior. The dark ceiling also puts a nice emphasis on the lighting.
